What to expect during

a breathwork session?

Our sessions begin with a conversation to understand where you're at and what you hope to achieve. I'll then guide you through breathwork practices (approximately 30-60 minutes), offering support and adjustments for a comfortable experience. We'll leave time for reflection and integration, ensuring you feel grounded before you leave.


Sessions are approximately two hours in length.


Breathwork can evoke a range of experiences. You might feel a sense of deep calm, emotional release, physical sensations, or profound insights which can occasionally be challenging. Whatever arises, I'll hold a safe and supportive space for your exploration.


Everything shared within our sessions is held in the strictest confidence. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom, ensuring both privacy and convenience.
